    And also helps in lessen the stress , anxiety and depressed behavior .

    You can interact or communicate with your relatives , friends and neighbors through facetime. This Technique can also helps you to boost your mood.

PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE DURING THE COVID - 19

 The COVID - 19 pandemic can feel profuse due to new information , and caring for your family and yourself. It is important for us to pause here and collect and think about our thoughts , as this pandemic state is  all over the world . 


And it is quite normal to feel stressed or overwhelmed during such times. Emotions may include anxiety , fear , helplessness, sadness and anger , etc. 


Taking care of  yourself is important as you have to take care of your family in this pandemic state.
Here are few points you can use to take care of yourself:

  • Focus on your positive thoughts.
  • Focus on the present things to be grateful for today.
  • Charge your body by eating a healthy diet.
  • Drink plenty of water / fluids .
  • Exercise everyday . ( meditation / yoga ) 
  • Add  breathing exercise to get relief from stress.
  • Avoid destructive / catastrophic behaviors such as abusing alcohol or drugs or ignoring public health guidance.
  • Spend quality time with your family.
  • Up for Gardening ! 
  • Watch favourite  movies , series, cartoons , spiritual talks etc.
  • Read spiritual books , inspiring books, novels , etc.
  • Maintain a daily routine.
  • Use technology to maintain social connections with friends and family.
  • Engross with reliable news and avoid media that melodramataize your emotions. Take break from social media and news channel if you think that it makes you anxious / stress.
