Ms.Preeti Mehra is a Specialist Psychologist and Certified Graphologist who brings a unique and integrative perspective to understanding the human mind. With a deep-rooted passion for both scientific and symbolic approaches, she combines evidence-based psychological therapies with the art of handwriting analysis to support mental and emotional well-being.

As a Specialist Psychologist, Ms.Preeti works with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic principles to help clients uncover underlying patterns, build effective coping strategies, and foster emotional resilience.

In her role as a Graphologist, she uses handwriting analysis as an additional tool to gain deeper insights into personality traits, emotional processes, and subconscious drives. " मैं मानती हूँ कि मानसिक स्वास्थ्य केवल लक्षणों को ठीक करने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह स्वयं को गहराई से समझने और स्वीकार करने की यात्रा है। हर व्यक्ति का अनुभव, उसकी सोच और भावना की परतें अलग होती हैं  और उसी अनुसार उपचार की दिशा भी विशिष्ट होनी चाहिए।

मेरे अभ्यास में मैं वैज्ञानिक थैरेपी तकनीकों जैसे कि CBT, माइंडफुलनेस, और सायकोडायनामिक थैरेपी को हस्तलेखन विश्लेषण (graphology) के साथ जोड़ती हूँ। यह विश्लेषण हमारे अवचेतन मन, व्यक्तित्व और भावनात्मक प्रवृत्तियों की गहराई को समझने में सहायता करता है।
